One bite and you are hooked. These are so good and perfect for sharing as the cook does every holiday season.
- 1 pound pecans, chopped
- 1 stick butter - 8 tablespoon
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can coconut
- 1 1/2 pound powdered sugar
- 2 giant chocolate bars
- 1 small cake paraffin
Stir all ingredients except chocolate bars and paraffin. Mix well. Refrigerate for one hour.
Shape into small balls and refrigerate.
Melt chocolate bars with paraffin.
Stick a toothpick in the balls and dip in the mixture, let drip and place on the cake plate or rack.
Remove toothpick. Store in the cool dry place
