From Wikipedia and Maw Maw - Fettuccine (literally "little ribbons" in Italian) is a type of pasta. It is a flat, thick noodle made of egg and flour, similar to tagliatelle. In Italian cuisine, it is traditionally made fresh (either at home or commercially), but dried versions also exist on the market. A popular fettuccine dish in North America is fettuccine Alfredo and Cajun Fettuccine!

Ingredients
1 medium chopped onion 1 stick margarine (8 tbsp)
1 chopped celery rib 4 tbsp flour
1 pound crawfish 1 pint half and half
1 8 oz Velveeta cheese 12 ounces fettuccine
salt, black and red pepper to taste or Cajun Seasoning or-Season All

Directions
Saute' onions and celery in margarine, add flour gradually, then half and half and cheese heat until the cheese is melted. Add crawfish and simmer for approximately 25 minutes, stirring constantly. Season to taste. Add the boiled fettuccine into this mixture. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. ENJOY......
