Peach Ice Cream



  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 pint Half & Half
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


Step 1

Process the fresh peeled peaches in a blender or food processor.

Step 2

Put peaches in a large bowl and add the sugar. Combine and let stand 1/2 hour.

Step 3

Add and combine the rest of the ingredients.

Step 4

The best way is to freeze in ice cream maker per directions. Alternatively, you can finish in ice cube trays in the freezer.
