This dish is great with either shrimp or crawfish.
Ingredients
- 10 ounces olive oil
 - 5 ounces vinegar
 - 1 (7 1/2 oz) jar Dijon or Creole Mustard
 - 5 tbsp ketchup
 - 5 tbsp fresh horseradish
 - 5 cloves garlic, minced fine
 - 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
 - Salt to taste
 
Directions
Step 1
Blend the ingredients as listed and chill, covered, in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld together.
Step 2
