One of my favorite things ever, growing up!
Ingredients
- 4 cups ground pecans
- 1 block butter (8 tbsp)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 egg whites
Directions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well and shape into medium size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press down on ball with fork or spoon to flatten.
Step 2
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 3
Cookies will appear to not be cooked but they MUST cool completely before you attempt to remove the pan.
