A sweet, but not overwhelming, desert.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
 - 8 tbsp butter
 - 2/3 cup brown sugar
 - 1/2 cup dark Rum
 - 1 tbsp grated orange peel
 
Directions
Step 1
Cut banana in half lengthwise. Set aside.
Step 2
Melt butter in a saucepan, stirring in the sugar and rum. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens (5 to 10 minutes).
Step 3
