Take those frozen bananas out of your freezer (the ones that were going to go bad) and use them in this mouth-watering delight. Add it as an extra to your holiday table.
Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
1 8 oz crushed pineapple no sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 banana diced
1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix but do not beat. Bake in a tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
