A natural, refreshing sherbet.
Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar
 - 1 cup flour
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 4 cups boiling water
 - 1 pint half and half cream
 - juice of three oranges
 - juice of three lemons
 - 1 (32 oz ) can apricot nectar
 
Directions
Step 1
Mix well the sugar, flour, and salt. Add the boiling water; mix and cool. Add the half and half cream along with the juice of the oranges and lemons.
Step 2
Add enough apricot nectar to fill a one-gallon ice cream freezer.
Step 3
