Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and roll into 1 to 2 inch balls.
Step 2
On a cookie sheet, press the balls down with a fork, creating a multi-lined 'X.' Bake 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes.
