Ingredients
- 6 eggs
 - 1/2 lb granulated sugar
 - 1 1/2 oz rum
 - 1 pint bourbon
 - 1 pint heavy cream
 - 1 pint milk
 
Directions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, beat the yolks of six eggs. In a separate bowl, beat the six egg whites and add in 1/2 lb of sugar. Add the well-beaten egg yolks and beat together thoroughly.
Step 2
Stir in 1 1/2 ounces of rum. To the mixture, add 1 pint of whiskey, 1 pint of heavy cream and 1 pint of milk.
Step 3
Mix well and refrigerate. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top when serving.
