Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons half-and-half
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups mashed bananas, ripened
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
Directions
Step 1
Mix butter, eggs, half-and-half, vanilla, and bananas
Step 2
Add dry ingredients and nuts, mix well
Step 3
Spray loaf pan with Pam then pour ingredients into pan
Step 4
Bake at 350° 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
