Great with Sunday roast or potluck dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 small cans petit pois or 2 large cans (drain)
  • 1 small onions chopped fine
  • 1 rib celery chopped fine
  • 1 small bell pepper chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup onion tops (scallions)
  • 3 boiled eggs chopped
  • 6 slices American Cheese diced
  • 4 small sweet pickles
  • 4 small dill pickles
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • celery salt and garlic salt to taste
  • Season All to taste (black pepper, red pepper, salt)
  • Ranch Dressing or Mayonnaise (your choice)
  • Salad Supreme Romano Cheese dressing

Directions

Step 1

Mix all ingredients with your choice of Ranch Dressing or Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing. Refrigerate and chill thoroughly before serving.
