Ingredients

2 cups finely chopped pecans
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg whites

Directions

Step 1

In a large glass bowl, mix all ingredients well.

Step 2

Drop with a teaspoon on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet.

Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool before serving. Makes about 2 dozen cookies
