This is a neat recipe for a huge chocolate chip cookie, great for birthday parties. Use ready made frosting to write a message on top after baking.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 (12 oz) package chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and spread on a large, circular pizza pan.
Step 2
Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Enjoy!
