A simple quick and easy cornbread for your favorite cornbread dressing or Steen’s syrup.
Ingredients
- 1 package Jiffy Cornbread Mix
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/3 cup milk
 - 1/4 cup jalapeño peppers and a little juice
 - 1/2 cup cream style corn
 - 1 onion, grated or chopped
 - 8 slices Velvetta or cheddar cheese
 - 1/4 cup oil
 
Directions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, but do not over-beat.
Step 2
Pour into a 9x9 pan that has been sprayed or oiled.
Step 3
