This quiche dish is a great delight and so easy to prepare. Makes you feel like a French Chef.
Ingredients
- 2 pie crusts
 - 3 green onion, chopped
 - 1 cup broccoli
 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 cup half and half
 - 3 cups crab meat
 - 8 oz grated Swiss Cheese
 - 4 eggs, beaten
 - salt and pepper to taste
 - butter for sautéing
 
Directions
Step 1
Sauté green onions and broccoli in butter.
Step 2
Mix in the mayonnaise, half and half and the crab meat, then add the cheese, beaten eggs and seasonings.
Step 3
