Real Easy Cold Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 (4 oz) jar of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped very fine
  • 1 bottle Catalina French Dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1

Peel, clean and boil shrimp. Salt shrimp to your taste. Do not overcook shrimp (shrimp should not be boiled for more than 8 to 10 minutes).

Step 2

In medium casserole dish combine all ingredients. Cover and store in refrigerator.

Serve with your favorite chip or cracker; I like melba rounds or Waverly crackers. This will keep in the refrigerator 3 to 5 days.
