Milk Chocolate Brownies

This will take ordinary brownie mix to the next level. Bayou brownies!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (2l.5 oz) brownie mix
  • 6 oz pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

In large bowl, mix cool whip, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in brownie mix until moistened. Stir in nuts and then spread into a greased 9xl3-inch baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over-bake. Cool and slice.
