Easy Cobbler A la Carl

A fast easy cobbler you can make at the end of a hard day’s work.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar cobbler filling
  • 2 cups Bisquick biscuit mix
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

Step 1

Melt one stick of butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Step 2

Pour entire jar of cobbler mix in baking dish and spread evenly.

Step 3

Combine the Bisquick, sugar, milk and vanilla, mix well and pour over the cobbler filling and spread evenly.

Step 4

Bake in 375 degree oven for one hour.
