Banana Pineapple Cake

Take those frozen bananas out of your freezer (the ones that were going to go bad) and use them in this mouth-watering treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 oz) crushed pineapple sugar-free
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 bananas, diced
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Mix all dry ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix but do not beat.

Step 3

Bake in a Bundt cake pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
