Good Morning Acadiana!

It’s official — Maw-Maw and I are going to be on Good Morning Acadiana on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving! We are going to promote RealCajunRecipes.comby doing a cooking segment on KATC’s morning show. I’m excited that its KATCbecause they are actually the one’s that coined the term “Acadiana.” I don’t think many people know that story so I may share it with the audience while maw-maw cooks away.

My mom recently surprised me with this cute cute cute apron and hat with our mascot, Alphonse on it. We plan to wear similiar aprons on the show 🙂

Like just about everyone, I’m really nervous speaking in front of people. I hope that I can get through the segments without too much stuttering.. this show is going to be live!
