Crusting Cream Cheese Frosting
This was a bakery recipe that was shared – perfect for wedding cakes.
Baker make 2 recipes for a wedding cake (3 tier); cut this in half for a regular size cake. If you make the whole recipe, you can refrigerate the leftover. You will be pleasantly surprised on how convenient it is to have it on hand when you need to frost a cake or muffins.
Mix all ingredients until desired consistency. Spread on cake.
COCONUT CAKE Mix together - One Duncan Hines White and Yellow Cake mixes and use the whole egg even though it calls for only the white of the egg -
Add a teaspoon of coconut flavor to the batter. Bake as directed.
