Spicy Hot Dogs in Beer

Baseball, Hot dogs, Apple Pie and Chevrolet! Ok everyone, date yourself – Do you remember that commercial in the 70’s? Now we hear – LSU! LSU! Go team go! Try this delicious easy appetizer for your next tailgate party.

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Hot Dogs, sliced
  • 1 can or bottle of beer
  • Tabasco sauce

Directions

Step 1

Slice hot dogs and boil lightly in beer for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Retail 1/8 cup of liquid.

Step 3

Add 30 drops of Tabasco sauce and reduce over medium heat until dogs are covered in glaze.

Step 4

Serve with toothpicks.
