Shrimp Remoulade Sauce

This dish is great with either shrimp or crawfish.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces olive oil
  • 5 ounces vinegar
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz) jar Dijon or Creole Mustard
  • 5 tbsp ketchup
  • 5 tbsp fresh horseradish
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced fine
  • 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1

Blend the ingredients as listed and chill, covered, in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld together.

Step 2

Serve over boiled shrimp or as a dip for crab claw
