Cajun Beer Bread

This bread is quick and easy to do!  Serve it once and you will end up baking it again by request. This bread recipe is a winner.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 can 12 oz warm beer

Directions

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl; mixture will be very sticky. Place into a greased bread pan. Let rise 15 minutes.

Step 2

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 50 minutes or until brown.

Step 3

Rest the bread 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Step 4

Melted butter or sesame seeds may be added on top of loaf before baking.
