Red Lobster Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick biscuit mix
  • 1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 4 tbsp cold butter plus 2 tbsp melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder plus 1/4 tsp

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375degrees.

Step 2

In a large bowl, using a pastry blender or large fork, blend together Bisquick mix and 4 tablespoon butter. Mix in by hand the cheese, milk, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and parsley flakes. Be careful not to over mix; mixture will look mealy.

Step 3

Drop by spoonful on a greased cookie sheet.

Step 4

Bake at 375 degrees approximately 15 minutes or until light brown. Five minutes before the biscuits are done, melt 2 tablespoons butter mixed with ½ teaspoon garlic powder and brush over each biscuit.
