Green Rice

An excellent, low-fat dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice, raw
  • 2/3 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup green onion tops
  • 1/2 cup parsley, minced
  • 1/4 cup corn oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp red pepper
  • 2 cups beef or chicken bouillon or 2 cups water and 6 bouillon cubes

Directions

Step 1

Put all ingredients together into a pot or rice cooker.

Step 2

Cover and cook 30 minutes, or until rice is done.

Works great in your rice cooker.
