Crown Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican Cheese
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp black or red pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut up the chicken into small pieces. Brown in a small pot on top of the stove.

Step 2

Add soup, cheese, chili powder, cumin and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Arrange crescents in a circle on a large baking pan, overlapping the ends to make it look like a sunflower, and press down so it lies flat, and leaving the ends hanging over the side. Pour the chicken/soup filling over top. Bring the ends up and over to the center of the circle, tucking the ends in the center.

Step 4

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
