Corn Casserole

This corn recipe is as simple as they come. Just as easy as it is good.

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (15 oz) can whole corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can cream style corn
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cheese slices
  • 1/2 stack saltine crackers, crushed

Directions

Step 1

Sauté onions and peppers in margarine until onion is clear. Add the remaining ingredients and heat until the cheese melts.

Step 2

Pour into a greased 2 or 3 quart casserole, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
