After Church Casserole

This is a great meal for a Sunday brunch. All you need then is for someone serve up a mimosa please; ok then at least a fresh cup of coffee!

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs slightly beaten
  • 6 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pound sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 dash hot sauce

Directions

Step 1

Mix all ingredients the night before and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Store covered in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Take out of fridge before leaving for church.

Step 3

Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until set.
