- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 2 cans French style beans
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 can mushrooms (fresh may be used)
- 1 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 pound to 2 pounds cooked fish or combination of shrimp and crab meat. Also very good with chicken
In a medium saucepan, sauté onions and garlic in melted butter. Add the artichoke hearts and green beans. Sauté a few minutes then add the cheese, mushrooms, breadcrumbs and soup. Stir well until heated throughout.
Season with salt and red pepper, add seafood and gently mix (can be frozen at this point for later use).
Bake in a 3 quart dish for 10 minutes for 350°.
