Ingredients

  • 1 - 29 oz can sweet potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon red hots
  • 1 cup marshmallows

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Drain 1/2 of the juice from the can of sweet potatoes and discard. Place the sweet potatoes and remaining juice in a buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter.
  3. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top.
  4. Sprinkle with the red hot candies and cover with marshmallows.
  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit until marshmallows are golden and candies have melted. Yummy!
