Quick Cajun Fromage Queso Dip

- 1 large box (32 oz) Velveeta cheese
- 1 small can (4 oz) green chilies
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of celery soup
- 2-4 tablespoons canned jalapeños, diced (adjust to taste)
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Cut cheese into small blocks and place into a microwavable bowl. Heat until cheese starts to melt.
- Add the cream of celery, milk, green chilies, and jalapeños. Heat until dip gets soupy.
- Put in crock pot to keep warm. Serve with corn chips.
