Quick Cajun Fromage Queso Dip
Ingredients
- 1 large box Velvetta Cheese
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of celery
- canned jalapeños
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Use as many jalapeños peppers as you like. Or cut fresh peppers to taste.
- Cut cheese into small blocks and place into a microwavable bowl. Heat until cheese starts to melt.
- Add the Cream of Celery, milk, chilies, and peppers. Heat until dip gets soupy.
- Put in crock pot to keep warm. Serve with corn chips.
