In this recipe you find that peanut butter is not just for PB&J sandwiches. These cookies require no baking just like the PB&J sandwiches. These make great Christmas candy gifts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 2 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 box powdered sugar (1 pound)
- 1 12 oz package of semisweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup grated paraffin
Directions
Step 1
Melt margarine. Add the other ingredients except the chocolate and paraffin. Mix well and make small balls walnut size or smaller. Wearing plastic gloves help make the rolling easier.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate and paraffin in a double boiler over hot water.
Step 3
Using two forks, dip the balls into the chocolate. Place on wax paper or parchment to dry.
