Creamy Vegetable Casserole

A tasty blend of flavors for a quickly prepared side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen (16 oz) broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 carton (8 oz) spreadable garden vegetable cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup croutons

Directions

Step 1

Cook vegetables according to instructions and drain. Place in large casserole.

Step 2

Stir in soup and cream cheese. Sprinkle with croutons.

Step 3

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
