- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 package frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream style corn
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine cracker crumbs and melted margarine; reserve half of this mixture for topping.
- Combine thawed broccoli, whole kernel corn, cream style corn, and remaining cracker crumb mixture.
- Transfer to a greased two quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle with reserved cracker crumbs.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Tips and Techniques
You can substitute butter for margarine for richer flavor. If you prefer more texture, don’t thaw the broccoli completely - slightly frozen pieces will hold their shape better during baking.
