Cajun Brownies

This is a wonderful change for those people who don’t like chocolate. It’s different and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Topping:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten until fluffy

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

In a glass bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, and 1 beaten egg. Press into an 8x8 greased pan.

Step 3

Mix the topping ingredients (cream cheese, sugar and egg). Pour into the pan, on top of earlier ingredients.

Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or golden brown.
