You gotta love this broccoli dish, even if you don’t like the green vegetable.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs broccoli, cut up
 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup
 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp pimento, chopped
 - 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
 - 1/3 cup cheese cracker crumbled
 - 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
Directions
Step 1
Cook broccoli in a small amount of boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
Mix soup, mayonnaise, cheese, pimento, and lemon juice. Place broccoli in the casserole dish and pour the mixture over the vegetable. Top with cheese cracker crumbs.
Step 3
