A great hit with kids.
- 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1 package spaghetti
- 4 to 6 slices American Cheese
Combine milk, margarine, and cheese in 2 quart casserole dish; simmer over low fire until cheese is melted.
Boil spaghetti in salted water until done.
Drain and mix with cheese sauce.
Top with cheese slices and bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese begins to brown.
