Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups chopped apples
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 cup pecans
Directions
Step 1
Cream sugar and eggs, add oil, vanilla, chopped apples, then flour, salt and soda - mix well then add pecans
Step 2
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in greased bunt pan or 9x13 pan
