Yummy spicy beans and sausage - just the right side dish for rice and gravy, or dirty rice. Simply delicioso!

Ingredients
1 link of hot smoked sausage 2 cans chili beans
1 beef bouillon cube 1/2 cup hot water
1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Tony Chachere's 1 tsp onion & garlic powder
1 tbsp oil 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco Hot Sauce to taste

Directions
Heat up a medium pot. In one tablespoon of oil, pan fry sausage pieces until brown. Once they are done, take them out and set aside.

Melt butter in your pot and saute' garlic until it begins to brown. While the garlic is browning, dissolve the beef bouillon cube in 1/2 cup of hot water. Be careful not to burn the garlic!

Then add 2 cans of beans, the beef bouillon and water, and the rest of the dry seasonings. Stir gently. Add in the Worcestershire sauce and the Tabasco Hot Sauce to taste. Let it boil for 5 - 7 minutes.

Lastly, return sausages to the pot and heat through.
