Hot wing sauce for naked wings, grilled or fried. Sauce can be made and kept in ice box. Just remember the longer it sets the hotter it gets.
Ingredients
16 ounces Louisiana Hot Sauce
3 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp leaf oregano
1 tbsp basil leaves
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
4 ounces water
lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
Mix all ingredients except lemon pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cook wings either baked, fried or grilled. If using on fried wings put sauce in bowl and fried wings shake up and serve. If using on naked wings (baked or grilled)sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on wings. Cook wings until done. Then put wing sauce and wings in bowl shake up. Return to oven or grill for 5 minutes, flip for 5 minutes. Serve.
