Very Moist Brownie-like cake........light with a fewer calories. Weight Watcher members will love this cake. Look at the variations also using white cake mix, nuts or pineapple. 4 points for 1/12 serving. Breakdown for POINTSfinder....Dry Mix and Diet Coke - 1 serving 180 total calories, 30 fat calories, Total fat 3.5, Fiber 1 gram, Sugar 20 grams
 
Ingredients
1 box Devils Food Cake Mix 1 can 12 oz dark soft diet drink (diet Coke, diet Dr Pepper) If not watching your calories use a can of regular soft drink
 
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, empty box of cake mix. Add the can of soft drink and mix well. Pour in cake pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degree oven.

Variations: You may add nuts to cake mix. Also, you may use white can mix and use sprite or 7 up. You can also add one can crushed pineapple to the white cake mix and 2tablespoons coconut extract instead of soft drink and make a whole new cake. All lower calories than the original cake. Also chocolate is good too, using 12oz of Diet Coke and just the mix, delicious!
