Very good soup for the sick. However the pot I use makes enough to freeze after cooling. This makes a quick meal when we don't want to cook. Please use fresh vegatables for taste in this soup recipe. Also great for the Bird Flu season or anytime comfort food is needed.

Ingredients
2 round steaks Cajun Chef red pepper
1 turnip chopped 1/2 head of white cabbage
1/2 head of red cabbage 2 celery stalks chopped
1 green pepper chopped 1 red pepper chopped
1 yellow pepper chopped 1 small red onion chopped
1 small white onion chopped 1/2 pound green beans
1 bag medium carrots 2 cans whole tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce 1 large can tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes 8 quarts water
Zatarin Season All

Directions
Using a 16 quart stock pot half fill with water. Cut the steaks into bite size pieces and season to taste.

Cut all vegetables the same size. Add all ingredients into the stock pot.

Simmer for 2.5 hours or until meat and vegetables are cooked.
