Ribs contain a substantial amount of connective tissue. Therefore many cooks boil the ribs to get them tender. The length of time needed to tenderize will vary. Editor note: When I cook my ribs I think the secret to great ribs is to cook them at low temps for long periods of time. You could use this recipe and bake for 2 to 3 hours.

Ingredients
1 pack/rack of ribs 1 jar LaChoy Sweet and Sour Sauce
1 pint honey 1 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
lemon pepper to taste salt to t aste
2 tbsp LaChoy soy sauce 1/4 cup butter
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Directions
Boil ribs until tender. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
If ribs are not boiled bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Scale this recipe to servings.
