Makes: 8 servings
Prep Time:20 minutes
Cook Time:30 minutes
Ready In:50 minutes
Great tasting, fast and easy side dish! La Pai La Patate!! You can substitute pumpkin for sweet potatoes, and makes a great dessert!!!
 
Ingredients
3 cups cooked, mashed, sweet potatoes 1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 stick melted margarine or butter 1/2 cup evaporated milk
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
TOPPING 1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 stick margarine, softened
1 cups chopped nuts  
 
Directions
Souffle:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, vanila, margarine, and milk; mix well. Spoon in a 2 quart baking dish. Prepare topping and put on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Topping:
Mix ingredients together and sprinkle crumbles on top of souffle before baking.
You can substitute pumpkin for sweet potatoes, and makes a great dessert!!!
