Great tasting, fast and easy side dish! La Pai La Patate!! You can substitute pumpkin for sweet potatoes, and makes a great dessert!!! |

| Ingredients |
| 3 cups cooked, mashed, sweet potatoes |
1 1/2 cup sugar |
| 1 tsp salt |
2 tsp vanilla |
| 1 1/2 stick melted margarine or butter |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |

| TOPPING |
1 1/2 cup flour |
| 1 1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 1/2 stick margarine, softened |
| 1 cups chopped nuts |

| | | Directions | Souffle:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, vanila, margarine, and milk; mix well. Spoon in a 2 quart baking dish. Prepare topping and put on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Topping:
Mix ingredients together and sprinkle crumbles on top of souffle before baking.
You can substitute pumpkin for sweet potatoes, and makes a great dessert!!!
