Great version of the popular sweet potato casserole. |

| Ingredients |
| 3 cups sweet potatoes boiled or canned |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
| 1 cup sugar |
2 eggs beaten |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 stick margarine or butter |
| 1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1/2 cup condensed milk |
| 1/2 tsp vanilla |
Topping |
| 1 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
| 1 cup chopped pecans |
1/3 stick melted butter |

| | | Directions | Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes, cinnamon, 1 cup sugar, salt, margarine, eggs, evaporated and condensed milk and vanilla. Mix well and pour into greased casserole dish.
For the topping:
Combine 1 cup brown sugar, flour, pecans and margarine. Mix well and spread on top of the casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
