Sugar Free Fruit Salad for Diabetics

There are many Cajuns always looking to save calories or because they are diabetic need sugar free dishes; this is the just the ticket - Sugar Free Fruit Salad
 
Ingredients
1 large can Fruit Cocktail in light syrup/splenda 1 small can Light mandarian orange with splenda
2 regular cans light sliced peaches 1 regular can light pears
1/2 bag of red grapes cut in half 2 large or 3 small apples
4 bananas 1 large box sugar free fat free vanilla pudding
1 small bottle marchino cherries cut in half  
 
Directions
Mix all the cans of fruit with juices in large bowl and add cut up fresh fruit except bananas. Open pack of vanilla pudding and sprinkle in slowly stirring constantly so it does not ball up. Add just a bit of cherry juice from cherries to add a little color. When all is mixed thoroughly place in refrigerator overnight. Slice bananas and add to the dish one half hour before serving.
