These are the best burgers I've ever eaten. My sister Wanda has been making these for as long as I can remember. My 12 year old recently had one of hers and suggested that I make them at home. I did; and we've agreed that Wanda's are better.

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef or turkey 1 large onion
1 bell pepper bread crumbs
McCormick Season-all or any Cajun seasonings you prefer Hamburger Bun

Directions
Chop onions and bell pepper into small pieces. Add bread crumbs and seasonings to ground meat. Mix together gently using hands. Shape into burger patties and grill or use skillet. Serve on hamburger buns with or without condiments. Cooking time varies upon personal preference. (Best when burgers are allowed to sit at least one hour before cooking; this allows the flavors to come together.)
Recommended Sides great with french fries or sweet potato fries. pour yourself a tall glass of Pepsi over ice cubes and you're all set.
