Every Christmas party that we invited Stella to she made this dish; but she also made it just to share. If you knew Stella you knew her signature dish. Stella was French Canadian...I told her she could always be a transplanted Cajun. |

| Ingredients |
| 1 small can Golden Mushroom soup |
1 8 oz softened Cream Cheese |
| 1 envelope Knox Gelatin into 3 tablespoons cold water |
6 to 9 ounces imitation or fresh crab |
| 1 cup diced celery |
2 green onions (stems and all) |
| 1 cup Best Foods mayonnaise |

| Directions |
Heat 1 can Golden Mushroom soup
Add 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
Stir 1 envelope Knox Gelatin into 3 tablespoons cold water
Add to soup mixture
Add 6-8 oz imitation or fresh crab
Add 1 cup diced celery
Add 2 green onions (stems and all)
Add 1 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
Pour mixture into mold (or small serving bowl) and refrigerate for 8 hours Serve with crackers
